Sometimes things do not go as planned. If you are unhappy with your Buddy, no longer wish to participate in the Buddy Program, or need to report misuse of the Buddy texting platform, please follow the directions below.

Request a new Buddy: Are things not going well with your Buddy? Request to be unmatched with your current Buddy and paired with someone else. You may also text “REMATCH” at any time to be paired with someone new.

Opt out of Buddy Program: Select this option if you no longer wish to participate in the Buddy Program. You may also text “EXIT” to stop participating in the Buddy Program.

Report misuse: Is your Buddy being verbally abusive, bullying you, or misusing the Buddy Program texting platform? Select this option to be unmatched with your Buddy. Both of your accounts will be temporarily suspended, pending review. You may also text “MISUSE” at any time to report a Buddy who is misusing the Program.

The WIC Program is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by :
